We understand that sometimes, situations may arise where you need to cancel an order or request a refund. This policy outlines our guidelines for refunds and cancellations.

Order Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately at support@voyx.in. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

If your order has already been processed and shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it. In such cases, you may need to follow our return process (detailed below) for a refund or exchange.

Refund Policy

    We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • If you change your mind about your purchase, you can request a refund within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • Important Notes:

    Once your KYC is verified, no refunds will be issued, even if you have purchased a plan.

    Before making a purchase, please ensure that your phone is eSIM compatible. If your phone is not compatible, we will not issue a refund.

  • Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

Non-Refundable Items

    Please note that certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Used or activated SIM cards.

  • FSIM cards with scratched or damaged activation surfaces.

  • SIM cards with tampered or removed security seals.
