We understand that sometimes, situations may arise where you need to cancel an order or request a refund. This policy outlines our guidelines for refunds and cancellations.

Order Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To initiate a cancellation, please contact our customer support team immediately at sales@sensorise.net. We will make every effort to accommodate your request.

If your order has already been processed and shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it. In such cases, you may need to follow our return process (detailed below) for a refund or exchange.

Refund Policy

    We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • 1Defective or Damaged Product: If you receive a defective or damaged M2M SIM card, please contact our customer support team within [5] days of receiving the product. We will guide you through the return process, and upon inspection, we will either provide a replacement or issue a refund.

  • Incorrect Product: If you receive the wrong M2M SIM card, please notify us within 5 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a return and send you the correct item. If the correct product is no longer available, we will issue a refund.

  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind about your purchase, you can request a refund within 5 days of receiving the product. The product must be unopened, in its original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. Please note that return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

  • Follow the instructions provided by our team to return the product.

  • Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 5 business days of receiving the returned product.

Non-Refundable Items

    Please note that certain items are non-refundable, including:

  • Used or activated SIM cards.

  • FSIM cards with scratched or damaged activation surfaces.

  • SIM cards with tampered or removed security seals.
